Trouble w neighbors bordering DH
When we bought our house many yrs ago there was a mini farm butting up to our property. We live on Berry Hill Rd. Then it was being developed & the developer assured us that the homes would be arts & crafts & would enhance our area. That did not happen, except for one home the rest are zero lot cracker boxes. Then the developer promised us a privacy fence or berm to separate & shield us from the road. That didn't happen either. Now the residents have taken the farm fence down with no regard to their neighbors pets. We have 2 dogs & work all day. They have pet doors & the dogs run in & out all day. We were told by their neighborhood president that she would give us a call/heads up a couple of days before removing it so we could make sure our dogs were save. That did NOT happen either. If I had not been home by accident the day they ripped the fence down my dogs would lost or dead. We hurried & applied for a permit, got a verbal ok & put up a fence very similar to what they took down but newer & nicer. NOW Ms president is demanding that we take that fence down & put something nicer up. DH is not supporting us & have even said that we are lying about the verbal ok. HELP
